I was very pleased with the whole process. The person who handled our loan approval, Erik Johansson, was wonderful. He made the whole process go smoothly by taking the time to explain everything to us. He was very pleasant and kind in the manner in which he addressed us. He did not make us feel as if we did not know anything, even though at times, information got to be a bit overwhelming. He spoke very respectfully and took all the time necessary for us to understand what he was saying.
