1. How did everything go with your loan?
I was very pleased with Robert and the service he provided. He was quick to respond to
emails, faxes and phone calls. He answered every question promptly and clearly. Robert was
patient and always explained every answer in a way I was able to understand. He took the time to
make me feel at ease. There is one thing that would make me even happier with the service
Guaranteed Rate provided - I never received a copy of my credit report and I believe I should have
received one. Please send me a copy for my records via US mail or email (I would prefer US mail).
Thank you for the outstanding process. I have heard that getting a loan can be a nightmare, but it

Very well regarding the loan process. The first attempt at closing, the agent discovered that the
paperwork was scrambled and had to go back to the office for reprints. She was very accomodating
though, and agreed to complete the closing early the following day.

Absolutely. Nick Marascia was great to work with. The whole process was very smooth with an
excellent level of communication.
