Closing went smooth, Title co had all the req'd paperwork & I was out the door...I then left town on a 7-day cruise the next day, upon my return I was happy to see a check for the balance of loan proceeds in my mailbox...Marty's courtesy & professionalism have been top notch throughout this whole process, and now even going above & beyond in helping get resolution with the Title co.

Yes, absolutely... but obviously not this Title co (which was my selection).
