1. How did everything go with your loan?
Everything went pretty smooth and I have nothing but the best things to say
about my loan officer, Tim Faull. He was very professional, went the extra mile
and I enjoyed working with him. The only thing I would say in a negative light is
that the whole process took over a month to complete. I thought the process was
supposed to be faster, but maybe I'm uneducated in that respect. Regardless, I
felt very comfortable with Tim's service. He did a great job for me.
2. Would you use Guaranteed Rate again?
Absolutely. I like how you always look for the lowest rate, and then make sure
your clients get it. Dori was also very easy to get a hold of and VERY
responsive.
3. Will you recommend us to your family and friends?
Yep! Again, Dori was very easy to get a hold of and always returned a call or
email within hours. That is HUGE to me. She also said that she will lock us into a
lower rate as soon as one comes up, and that is huge for us as well.

get our rate and then said that once the rate drops, she will get us a lower rate. I
thought that was great and really made us feel good about using Guaranteed
Rate.

1. How did everything go with your loan?
The transaction from beginning to end was very efficient. Doug Nixon was
fantastic. The closing delay at the end was not under his control, and he found
another closing location near where we were going to be for Christmas to ensure
we could still close before year end. He is great.
