1. Amazing. George and his team were great to work with and they made the process so easy. I'm so glad our real estate agent recommended them. Not a single bump in the
entire mortgage process. George and his team responded quickly and calmly to any
questions we had. I worked in the mortgage industry for 4 years, and I was happy the
entire time by how smoothly things went with George. He did everything he said he would
do, and he did it very well!

Absolutely

It went very well! I especially liked the fact that Jen Brown called me to tell me that the rates had bottomed out. I had been watching the rates and was planning on refinancing, and Jen made it very easy. It was hard to turn down the offer with the fact that
Guaranteed Rate would be picking up most of the closing costs. It's good to see a
company provide outstanding customer service and be proactive to their customers'
needs, as opposed to reactive.

I surely would use them again.
