We had a very positive experience with Guranteed Rate and our mortgage broker, Scott Sidkey. Everything went smoothly and Scott was very good about keeping us informed along the way. The underwriting process was slow, but I think that was due to the huge influx of refinancing requests with the dip in rates, and was probably unavoidable.

We have used Scott and your firm a few times prior to our recent refinance, so we came back again due to our previous positive experiences.
