1. How did everything go with your loan?
Everything seems to have gone fantastic. My loan was a refinance of a 5yr ARM into a 30 yr fixed. I checked earlier this week with my previous loan company, and the payoff went through with no problems. They say that I should receive my escrow back shortly. Everything seems in order. My loan officer could not have been more helpful. He put me in a position to rapidly lock in at an excellent rate when the chance arrived. Provided nothing odd happens between now and my first payment, I have nothing but praise for Guaranteed Rate in general, and Chris Ward specifically.

Absolutely. I would not hesitate to use Guaranteed Rate next time I have need of a mortgage or a refi.
