Very well. This was my first mortgage and my realtor told me it was one of the
easiest transactions she has ever had. I was extremely happy with Kim. I was
talking to GR and another lender trying to decide between the two. The other
lender tried to push me into a mortgage that worked for his agenda but I was
uncomfortable with it, while Kim answered all of my questions and took the time
to work with me. Kim's approach was much more 'tell me what you're comfortable
with and I'll figure something out,' which ultimately allowed me to make the
purchase.
