Overall I was pleased with the process. I made the mistake of soliciting Mortgage information through a more generic site (LowerMyBills.com) and was bombarded with calls. Frustrated by the unexpected result, I was ready to almost abandon the process, but Guaranteed Rate (Chris Ward) emerged by having a good balance of persistence without feeling like I was being pressured. Chris did a good job explaining the details and educating me in critical areas in order to avoid confusion or surprises.
