I enjoy working with both first time and experienced borrowers. I am able to answer a variety of questions depending on their individual needs.

I believe in listening first and then collectively determining the best strategy and solution.

Tell us about a specific challenging borrowing situation and how you got the mortgage closed and funded.
Most lenders don't listen to solve the problem. They only try to "sell" what they have. This is where I differ. I truly listen to the client and advise them based on their specific needs.

What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Sit down and build a relationship with your lender.

What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
Explain as much as I can upfront.

What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
It's difficult; there aren't many options and it can take a long time from start to finish.

What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Talk to your friends and family and always meet with or speak to your lender and keep them informed.

What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
Provide what their lender requests timely and be open with them as to questions and concerns.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I love building my business with happy clients and referral partners one at a time. It's all about building that lasting relationship for generations to come.

What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Spending time with my wife and 2 girls and cycling.
