Aaron was FANTASTIC. We determined on my original deal that he would not be able to help because he could not match the incentives the builder was giving me for using their preferred lender. He took time out of his busy day to review the paperwork the other lender was giving me and tell me what was incorrect or missing. So, when that deal fell apart, I immediately thought of him and asked him to send me a quote for the new house. Turns out, his closing costs were MUCH cheaper!
