What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I ask questions. I don't assume I understand their needs so I make sure I ask the right questions so they know I care about putting them in the right mortgage.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I think if the borrower is technologically adept, they can't go wrong using the digital app. It's a time saver that almost provides instant gratification for those nerve-wracking questions the borrower has about how much house they can afford, what their credit score is and what their payments will be.
