Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
There are no typical customers, everyone is as different as their finger print. I love working with each one and making their dreams become a reality.
Tell us about a mortgage product that consumers may not be aware of?
Working with one of the largest Lenders in the country gives me the options to be creative on the customers needs. We have your standard Jumbo, Fannie, Freddie and Fha that all the other lenders have , but we also have a lot of out of the box loans too. No doc investor, bank statement for self employed, and renovation loans.
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
It is always good to be ready when purchasing a home. Ask a lot of questions on what documents you will need? what kind of time line you are looking at closing? What third party services should I shop for? Once you have all this in place it will make everything run smoother to start the process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
There is nothing better than seeing a client close on their first home, or their second.
