What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
I would tell first time home buyers to be patient and just go with the flow. It’s a stressful process but the more they are prepared, the more documentation they can provide and the more they trust in the process the easier the transaction is going to be.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
Borrowers usually find the amount of documentation needed for a loan the most difficult. I always let them know it’s in their best interest to provide as much as possible up front to avoid going back and forth. As well, it only helps with the future stability of housing and the market.
