After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University's elite WP Carey School of business in 2004, I decided to enter into the bustling mortgage industry to put my training in finance to good use. At that time the real estate market was booming, and the decision making for procuring financing was much, much different than it is today. This experience couldn't have been better, because what happened after that boom is what taught me my core values as an adult that has transitioned into the now, and will into the future. There is no university training or any professor that can prepare you for a crash such as the one that took place in 2007/2008, and being in the beginning of my mortgage career taught me valuable insight and kept me determined to make it out of this recession. Being of the lucky few that were able to weather the storm of 2007, has yielded great results now in another booming real estate economy. I take pride in the fact that my conservative upbringing was what enabled me to make it through a very bad time, and now am reaping the benefits of being part of the select few that have made it in an industry that evolves so rapidly.
A little bit more about me:
I am married, with one child, a daughter, and she is my princess! I really enjoy hanging out with my family, and going to the beach, and vacationing in Hawaii. My favorite island in Hawaii is Maui. My wife and I do plan on having more children, so stay tuned, more to come!
