Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My typical customer is someone who is purchasing their 'next' home. My questions are what's important about the next house, how long they see themselves there, and what they like about the part of town they'll live in.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Take it slow. Make sure you're comfortable with the whole process of buying a home before you start looking. There is no such things as starting the process "too soon".
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
The "paperwork". Every mortgage company is going to require the same amount of paperwork and ask the same questions. With our Digital Mortgage there is NO EASIER way to navigate the mortgage process in these heavily regulated times.
