Brian is originally from Laurel, Maryland and graduated from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. How long have you been in the mortgage business and what inspired you to get into it?
I have been in the mortgage industry for 14 years and was inspired to get into the business because I love working with people and building relationships.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
The initial upfront consultation is critical to determine what Lending Options will be best for a buyer or someone looking to Refinance their current mortgage.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
It is important for first time home buyers to know what their FICO scores are and to know how much they Pre-qualify on a mortgage before they start looking for a New Home. Advice would be to meet with a trusted Mortgage Advisor to go over credit, home financing options and details of the Home Buying Process.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
The home buying process can be challenging but putting hard work and effort upfront with myself and my team will make for a seamless transaction. I believe strongly that it is not only my duty to always do right by my clients, but also educate them throughout every step of the process, provide them with all their lending options so they can make the best decision for themselves and their family.
Summary of where you grew up: family, affiliations, college, high school, etc.
I grew up in Laurel Maryland graduated from Laurel High School and Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Psychology from Towson University, I have two beautiful daughters 12 and 13 this year and love to work hard and play hard.

I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques and always have my client’s best interests at heart.
