How long have you been in the mortgage business and what inspired you to get into it?
I've been a Mortgage Banker for 13 years and I was inspired to get into the business because I worked in customer service positions my whole life but now I had a chance to help people with the biggest investment of their life! This was exciting to me because I knew I could help people achieve the American Dream!
Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
A typical customer is someone who wants a lower interest rate and payment. After all, everyone wants a lower payment including myself! The typical question is about cost and benefits and those are truly the best questions. I like to determine out of the gate if there is benefit. If nothing can be done at least we tried but the only loan that makes sense is the loan that benefits our customer.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
The most important step in the entire home loan process is listening to the customer and understanding their goals. Once I know their objective we can put the perfect loan together. Everyone is different so it's my job to listen, ask the right questions and figure out the best loan for each individual customer.

I've been helping people get home loans for 13 years and have consistently won top performer and customer satisfaction awards for both Purchase and Refinance transactions.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Get Pre-Approved! Make sure you're working with a great banker and realtor who will work with you every step of the way. Be sure to ask questions too because we want you to be confident and informed!
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
Typically the most difficult part of the process is getting started. It's gathering the necessary paperwork to complete the loan transaction. However, if everything is done right the first time it's an easy process. What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
When my customers are satisfied, I'm satisfied. I especially enjoy helping first-time home-buyers because you help them every step of the way and now they own a home so it's an awesome feeling when you're a part of that experience.
