Tell us about a specific challenging borrowing situation and how you got the mortgage closed and funded.
Borrower was unable to qualify to lower their 5.75% rate on a jumbo loan due to credit scores being slightly below minimum to qualify. We took steps to have the credit re-scored and after a few simple attempts got the loan into underwriting and funded, saving the borrower over $900 per month. Previous lenders did not have the time to take these steps.
