I provide financing for any residential property type, but my focus is to provide the financing for co-op apartments in New York City and houses in the surrounding areas although I have clients up and down the east coast. I enjoy finding solutions for borrowers with complex financial situations, for investors, and to complete work on their properties.
I’ve been in the mortgage industry for approximately 25 years, initially working for investors in residential mortgages. In 2016, moved to the origination side where I enjoy working directly with borrowers, finding the right solution for their needs. I moved to Guaranteed rate in 2018 because I believe that their commitment to technology and seamless processing is the key to continued growth in the mortgage industry. I grew up on long island and spent time in Connecticut, but I have been based in Brooklyn and then Manhattan since I began my career working for real estate developers as an Architect doing construction oversight and financing. I now split my time between NYC and southern Ulster Co where I garden, hike and train for the NYC Marathon.
