What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
The first thing I do with a potential client is set up an initial call to introduce myself. I give them a brief overview of the process for whatever their needs are and answer any questions they have about me, the process or Guaranteed Rate. I then find out their preferred venue for them to provide me with the information required for me to accurately assess their situation. The process of securing a home loan is a very personal as well as invasive process, so I give clients the option of meeting in person, having a call or completing an online application as I want them to be comfortable in providing the information that I need. I spend a lot of time with clients, asking a lot of questions and doing a lot of listening to make sure I do not miss anything about their profile and to ensure I know exactly what their wants and needs are. In processing their information, I make sure I use all the resources available to me at Guaranteed Rate to ensure I am selecting the best home loan for them for the options available to them.

I get the most satisfaction working with first time homebuyers. I enjoy the process of educating prospective homeowners on all aspects of the process and the rewarding feeling that I am truly adding value to them. I also value the resulting relationships that I am able to develop with so many great people as well as being able to share in their happiness of purchasing their first home.
