Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My customers vary from the young couple buying their first home to the affluent looking to finance a luxury home or condo with a jumbo product. Their questions range from the product itself to,"Can you take care of the entire lending process for me?" Once my client gives their CPA or financial planner (or anyone that has access to their important documents) permission to communicate with me, I can get pretty much all the documents I need without disturbing their busy schedule!
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
Take the lending process as serious as the home buying process. Just like finding a home, the lending process should be handled in an organized and professional manner to insure the best results.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I enjoy a vast array of sports, both watching and playing. However, my biggest joy when I am not working comes from spending time with my family.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I have my diamond gemologist degree from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). I spent 1 year studying diamonds as an alternative investment and traveled to India many times, where I purchased and sold over $2 million of diamonds. Itýs a fascinating industry!
