What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
I would suggest that you start the process early at least 6 months to a year out, so when the time comes you are ready! It is important to have money set aside to cover down payment and closing costs! Make sure you are teamed up with a great Loan Officer from the start to help assist you throughout the process!
