My typical customer is a first time home buyer or someone who has been renting for at least 3 years. The most common ? I get is how much can I afford and what is my down payment?
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Pay your bills on time, use Credit Karma to watch your credit, save money each month, keep all your taxes, pay stubs and personal information nice and organized.
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
Be truthful up front, if we ask for information turn it in as soon as possible.
Are you active in any fundraising organizations? What goals and/or success have you helped them achieve?
I help organize the 4 Seasons of Fun charity events in Richland Center, WI. We host tractor pulls, demo derby, mud drags, drag races with proceeds given to local charities that help us run the events.

I will answer my phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and meet with customers anytime, any where. I also own a pulling tractor named the Remedy, and my Facebook page I started in 2013 “beer money pulling team and lets grow pulling” has over 586,000 likes. I also do a live show on Facebook every Monday night interviewing pullers and promoters.
