3. Friday Updates: I will contact all parties involved in your transaction to update the progress of the loan. This helps everyone avoid any last minute "fire drills." I hear from so many of my realtor friends on how frustrating it is if they could have only been made aware of potential problems ahead of time. There are no secrets with doing business with me. 100% complete transparency is my business commitment to you.

4. Communication and Availability: I will answer my cell phone on weekends and schedule open-house appointments to conduct on-site pre-approvals.
