How long have you been in the mortgage business and what inspired you to get into it?
I have been in the business for more than 10 years, and what inspired me was my ability to grow and build my personal business from my skills in telemarketing and managing sales teams. I closed over 30 personal mortgage originations in one month at the age of 22. I love to help people with their most important asset and liability, their mortgage.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
Understanding the process from start to finish. Most people don't know how long it will take for a mortgage to get approved and to docs at Title ready to close. By staying in constant communication with borrowers, and giving them updates and proper expectations, this helps with putting their minds at ease and builds trust in me as their mortgage specialist.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I love to help people find a solution for their mortgage needs, and build a relationship of trust so that I have return and referral business for the future.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I often was in trouble in class throughout my childhood for not being able to keep my mouth shut. The social aspect of schooling was my favorite part. I loved people and got into trouble with teachers because of my laughter and ability to make friends laugh as well.
