I start by getting to know my clients personally. I know the features of many loan programs - knowing someone as an individual is the only way to know which features will be beneficial to them.
I then draw on my experience and knowledge to recommend a loan program that is the best fit. I also take time to explain why other loan programs may not fit as well. This way, my clients feel confident that nothing was overlooked and are comfortable when making such a big financial decision.

Many clients come in with the notion that being approved for a mortgage is stressful and complicated.
Establishing comfort is a fundamental part of the job to me. I pay close attention to explaining things at an appropriate pace and check in frequently to make sure everything is clear from start to finish.
Being told that my team and I turned something intimidating into something straightforward and enjoyable is the most satisfying part of the job.
