Helping people achieve the dream of home ownership is a top priority for him. He analyzes every aspect of a customer's documents, listens to their needs, understands their goals and recommends the best loan product for them.
His business continues to grow by word of mouth and cultivating new referral partners on every loan. He's the person Realtors call when they want a second opinion or want an honest answer on a mortgage question. It is not uncommon for Manny to be called to "save the day" when another lender wasn't able to close the loan and they need to either close or find out what really happened. He is a trusted adviser in the Realtor community. He will always give you an honest answer.
Manny has worked as a sole loan officer, had a team of 25+ loan officers, collaborated with builders and has taught mortgage classes for Realtor offices over the years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to clients and Realtor referral partners, financial advisers, etc.
Manny enjoys helping the first time home buyer or the investor who buys and sells homes for a living. They are both equally important to him. He educates borrowers throughout the loan process so that they can fully understand their options.
Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish has allowed him to broaden his reach and help more people achieve the dream of home ownership. Born and raised in Miami he has established many relationships in the local community with business leaders and civic organizations.
