Michael grew up in Metropolitan DC area and started his sales habit at the age of ten, selling newspapers-the Washington Post, in Maryland neighborhoods. He has continued rising early and working late and has since built a successful career in lending for the last 16 years in the Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia areas, as well as other states across the region/country. He has worked all aspects of both residential and commercial lending, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA government loan products and non-conforming jumbo/high balance financing. Life interests with them include writing, art, music, and photography. His youngest daughter is on the autism spectrum, and as a result, Michael supports many area programs for children that are intellectually disabled including Johns Hopkins-Kennedy Krieger, Autism Speaks, and the Ronald McDonald House. He holds great interest in most sports, an avid runner, thrives on friendly competition, and would work on the rooftops if an option, as he loves the great outdoors.

He holds a Business Degree, major in Real Estate Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Preferring face to face over the phone whenever possible, Michael travels across the region meeting with homeowners, agents, and builders in order to build personal relationships that will last well beyond any single transaction.
