What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I like to visit with my clients and get to know them and their family. I want to know what is important to them and what their needs and goals are. And it is imperative to me that my team, and I, not only exceed those needs and goals but that the experience is as carefree and seamless for them and their family as possible. I appreciate the opportunity to earn my client’s business. And I appreciate the opportunity to be of service in any way I can. I like to guide and advise my clients step by step thru the mortgage process and set the expectations of what can be expected so that there are not any surprises. Whether buying a new home for the first time, refinancing their current home, or buying an investment home, my clients can trust that I will always be looking out for their best interest. I enjoy showing families all their options when it comes to mortgage lending, I want them to have as much information as possible so that they can decide for themselves what the best path forward is for their family.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Get ready, because it is going to be an experience unlike any other you will be a part of. It will be fun and rewarding but it can sometimes be a little bumpy. It is my job to get you to the finish line with a smile on your face and the keys to your new home in your hand. I cannot promise that there will be no potholes along the way but I can promise that I will get you to the finish line.
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
To ensure a smooth process the most important thing a new buyer can do is to be as honest as possible and submit all documents requested in a timely manner. Realize that I am on your side and my number one priority is to help you buy or refinance the home of your dreams. It can sometimes feel like we are asking for random items but every document that we request is imperative to ensure a smooth and clean transition into underwriting and eventually into closing on your new home.
