Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My typical customer is a referral from a client that i have done business with before. I am a referral based lender that has helped generations of families. I always love new clients that I can work with for life.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Once you decide that you want to purchase a new home, run your credit report (all 3 bureaus) and make sure that you don\'t have any mistakes on it. I would then get a referral from a person you trust to speak to who can take you thru the process and educate you. If you are comfortable with that person, go forward and send them all the information they request of you and let them do their job and get you pre-approved for a home loan so you can now make an offer on a property.
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
Borrowers should send ALL the information requested by their mortgage lender in a timely fashion. If you get a call requesting additional items, please send them in ASAP to keep the process going. We will not ask you for any items that we do not need to get your home loan approved.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
There is no better compliment to my business than having my clients provide unsolicited testimony about our relationship. I love helping people get into their new home and saving them money!

I was raised with old-fashion values and my family will always be my number one priority. Along with my wife Annie and our children Madison, Alix and Max, we continue to live a life of appreciation where doing the right thing is the norm rather than the exception. The time I spend with my wife and kids are priceless and as time allows, I love being out on the golf course, traveling, or just being outdoors.
