I moved to Naples, Florida in 1988 and began my career as a loan officer with Naples Federal Savings and Loan, which 3 mergers later, is now Wells Fargo.
It has been amazing watching the Southwest Florida real estate landscape evolve throughout the years and having the opportunity to provide lending to clients with so many different types of lifestyles.
My career has also evolved throughout the years; serving the Naples/Bonita/Estero markets. I’ve managed retail banking centers, coached winning sales teams, and offered investments products. My greatest sense of value stems from working with small business owners and I have had the privilege of volunteering with a wonderful organization: SCORE.
One thing that hasn’t changed. Lending has always been, and continues to be, my core strength and I proudly deliver this service with utmost honesty and integrity.
I listen to my clients goals. Every client is different and has their own unique situation. Lending is not a “one size fits all” product. I strongly believe in providing education around the many different options available and then via a consultative approach, determine the best solution for the need.
Communication throughout the process is a promise I always keep. A client should not ever feel uncertain or questionable at any time. I take very seriously my commitment to get my client to closing on time.
Working with first time home buyers is always a thrill for me. It is a guarantee that my angel wings will be wrapped around these clients! Closing day is such a celebration!
By the way, here’s a little secret about me that drives corporate nuts: I HATE DENIALS. I refuse to waive the white flag or let a loan die. My peers know that I will fight until the end to save a loan. If I can’t, I will figure out how to make it happen down the road. There may not be an immediate fix for an obstacle, however there is generally always a remedy that time and attention can fix. NEVER say never!
