I started in the mortgage business in 2016 - I was inspired by helping homeowners to lower their bills.

A borrower that needs to refinance for a lower rate or a home buyer looking to lock-in a great financing for their family.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I search 90+ investors to ensure my clients are getting the best deal possible.

What are the pros and cons of a fixed rate mortgage versus an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM)?
Fixed mortgage allows the borrower the ability to lock-in long-term. An ARM allows my clients to get the lowest interest for a shorter duration- lowering their immediate monthly bills.
Tell us about a specific challenging borrowing situation and how you got the mortgage closed and funded.
All transactions have their unique issues. Overall, I stay in constant contact with my clients to ensure all their needs are being satisfied.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Make sure you are buying a home that's in a good location. I'd also say rates are incredibly low, lock in a 30-year fixed.

For the past few years I have been raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
