Every home loan is different; there is no one size fits all. It starts with listening to the customer, learning about their needs and priorities. From there I am able to leverage the broadest product set in the industry to deliver custom solutions perfect for each family's goals.
Tell us about a mortgage product that consumers may not be aware of?
I'd advise that they talk to their mortgage professional about their payment and cash goals early in the process. Taking that first step eliminates so much uncertainty. In our first consult, we'll address how much a buyer is approved for and give them tools to know in seconds how much a prospective house's payment and cash investment would be.
What 2 or 3 mobile apps would you recommend for home buyers or house hunters, and why? What Smart Apps do you recommend your customers use for the house hunting process?
1. Mortgage financing can be an rewarding experience.
2. Jumbo financing doesn't have to be more costly than conventional financing.
3. You don't need to have 20% down, and if you put less than the 20% down you don't necessarily have to pay PMI.
Are you active in any fundraising organizations? What goals and/or success have you helped them achieve?
I am deeply passionate about Neurodiversity, Autism Awareness and issues pertaining to developmental disorders, particularly in children.
