What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
I specialize in helping first time buyers get into their dream homes. The process can be challenging since it is all new but when you have a seasoned mortgage professional holding your hand through the process from pre-approval to closing it can be a great experience. I get great pleasure in being involved in this exciting time of my clients life.
What can borrowers do to insure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
I have a great relationship with my clients from the start of the loan process to the end. The most important aspect of this journey is to be open and honest about all aspects of your financial picture so we can be sure to get you to the finish line with ease.
