Guaranteed Rate Moves Green Bay Office to New Location, Adds Top Local Originators

Guaranteed Rate, one of the ten largest retail mortgage lenders in the U.S., is making it easier for home owners and buyers in northeast Wisconsin to seek mortgage help as it announced it has added top local loan originators and moved to a new east side Green Bay location at 821 S. Huron Road, Suite B-2.

Founded in 2000, Guaranteed Rate has become one of the nation’s fastest growing mortgage companies by offering low rate, low fee mortgages and superior customer service. The company has approximately 175 offices nationwide, including three in Wisconsin. The company is licensed in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and funded nearly $12.5 billion in loans in 2014 alone. The branch manager at the new location is Nick Wurzer, who recently joined the company, is a Green Bay native, and has extensive mortgage experience in the local market. He is joined at the Green Bay office by a team of experienced mortgage lending professionals: vice presidents of mortgage lending Amy Jo Larsen, John Trantow, Steve Traub and Jesse Wien.

In addition to visiting Guaranteed Rate’s latest retail location, local consumers have the option of pursuing lending or refinancing online at https://www.guaranteedrate.com/nickwurzer or by calling 920-785-5277.
