Guaranteed Rate Names Paul Johnson Regional Manager

Guaranteed Rate, the eighth largest retail mortgage lender in the U.S., has named mortgage industry veteran Paul Johnson as regional manager for the Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. areas.

Johnson has been in the mortgage industry for over 29 years and has received multiple top producer awards. He was previously the branch manager and VP of Mortgage Lending at the Sterling, Virginia location, where he worked with clients to ensure a smooth borrowing process during every step of the mortgage process and oversaw other loan officers. Johnson also brings several years of regional management experience from other mortgage companies to Guaranteed Rate.

As a manager, Johnson is collaborative and leads by example. He treats his customers like family and treats his employees like customers. Outside of work, Johnson is active in the community as a Loudoun County Chamber Member and Ambassador.

“I’m thrilled to transition into this new role,” said Johnson. “I can’t wait to ensure that Guaranteed Rate offices in the D.C. area are facilitating a great home buying experience.”

Guaranteed Rate has approximately 175 offices nationwide, including one in Maryland, three in Virginia and one in Washington D.C.
