Guaranteed Rate Ranked as Best in Customer Service by Government Agency, CFPBApr 9 2013

Recently, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) published a public database of consumer complaints and the results for mortgage sector further support Guaranteed Rate’s customer service excellence.
Guaranteed Rate not only had the fewest complaints (seven), but on a volume-adjusted basis, the company was also No. 1 with 1.02 complaints per 10,000 loans funded. Quicken Loans had the next fewest complaints with 3.61 per 10,000 loans, followed by USAA with 10.44. Bank of America had the largest number of complaints with 256.89 per 10,000 loans.
The CFPB’s stated mission is to, “Make markets for consumer financial products and services work for Americans — whether they are applying for a mortgage, choosing among credit cards, or using any number of other consumer financial products.”
