    Corelogic’s June Home Price Index revealed that home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased on a year-over-year basis by 2.5% in June. In addition, June’s month-over-month basis increased by 1.3%. This is the fourth consecutive month increase in home prices nationwide for both year-over-year and month-over-month numbers.

    Excluding distressed sales for the month of June, year-over-year home prices increase 3.2% and month-over-month home prices increased 2.0%.
