Real Estate Expert and Sales Coach, Walter Sanford, Speaks at Guaranteed Rate Agent Seminar
Chicago, Illinois - Guaranteed Rate's Brian Weis, Vice President of Mortgage Lending, held a half-day seminar at the Hilton Garden Inn in Evanston, IL on March 25, 2010. Brian provided a continental breakfast to forty real estate agents before property expert and sales coach, Walter Sanford, conducted an informative and motivational training session. The event provided business-building strategies to the local real estate agents and was Brian's way of giving value back to the real estate community.
Walter Sanford was an obvious choice to be the keynote speaker due to his vast experience and respect in the housing industry. Sanford, a top producing agent for thirty years, spoke of his business-building strategies to a selected group of top producing agents from the Chicagoland area. Having authored twelve systems and books on topics such as pro-active and affiliate lead generation, Sanford centered his discussion on using these strategies effectively in order to optimize time and resources. The seminar also touched on social media branding, short sales and how to utilize a leveraged business plan.
