When your appraiser is asked, by the underwriter, to amend the appraisal report what they are asking for is further explanation on either:

  • Inaccurate information that needs to be corrected.
  • Explanation of how the appraiser came to conclusions about the information included in the report which can include: market conditions, comparables within the report or value.
