What Paperwork Will I Need When Qualifying for a Home Loan?

Lenders want to see all supporting documentation for 4 keys areas:

Pay Stubs, Federal Tax Returns and Verification of Employment (VOE)

Asset Statements

Checking/Savings, Stocks, Bonds, IRA and 401k

While all of your debt will be taken from your credit report, the lender will need mortgage statements, tax and insurance bills and leases for any property you currently own.

You’ll need to explain any recent credit pulls and if you have any blemishes on your credit you may need to provide a letter of explanation (LOX).
